———Hi, I\’ve gotten my HP Smart App to say my printer is connected to new internet. But on its last step it won\’t finish doing whatever it\’s supposed to do. The app gives me Error Code ebs00p0010 and says \’unable to complete.\’ The blue WIFI light stays lit on my printer but I can\’t get anything to print. I looked up the error code, it says I need to clean cartridges. I just installed a color cartridge and my black one has barely been used. I wiped the cartridges, I wiped inside printer, though I can\’t really get my arthritic swollen fingers down there to clean. I don\’t know what else it wants. I\’m so frustrated I\’m ready to throw the printer out the door and buy another brand. I can\’t afford to go out and buy 2 new ink cartridges. I might as well buy another printer. It would be cheaper. any help is appreciated.
